Refund and Exchange policy
1. Exchange Period:
Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Exchange Process:
Exchanges are facilitated for items received in damaged condition, incorrect size, or faulty merchandise.
To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us with proof of the issue, such as photos of the product.
Exchanges are applicable only for items purchased directly from our official website.
Unused items returned in their original condition and packaging qualify for an exchange.
3. Exchange Conditions:
Orders placed during sales, using coupons or discounts
Accessories, shades, and customized items are non-exchangeable.
If the size received matches the order but doesn’t fit, an exchange can be requested but will be subject to the standard Rs. 199/- exchange fee.
If the customer changes their mind and no longer wants the product, an exchange will be processed, but the exchange fee will apply.
4. Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, you may initiate an exchange after receiving the item.
5: Refunds:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 5 -7 working business days.
Refunds are available in the following cases:
If the product is damaged during shipping or is defective.
If the customer cancels the order within the 24-hour window and the product hasn’t been shipped.
If the product is out of stock after the purchase has been made.
Refunds will be processed
In cases of refunds due to damaged or defective products, customers must provide proof, and the refund will include any shipping costs incurred.
6. Non-Refundable Situations:
Products that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Items that are not in their original packaging or have missing tags cannot be returned or exchanged.
Accessories, final sale items, and discounted products are non-refundable but may be eligible for exchange.
